Mallory graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1995, joined our firm in 1995, and became one of its partners in 2003. She has been of counsel to the firm since 2004.
While in law school, Mallory was a member of the Student Trial Bar and Moot Court Board, and she participated on the Tulane Sports Law Invitational Team. Upon graduation, she was selected for membership in the Order of the Barristers. Her practice includes workers' compensation, bad faith issues, insurance coverage, products liability, and general insurance defense cases. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of North Carolina and in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a certified mediator.
