
Bryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina State University in 1990 and a Juris Doctor degree from Campbell University School of Law in 1993. While in law school, he was a member of the John Marshall Moot Court Team and the ABA Moot Court Team, and upon graduation was selected for membership in the Order of the Barristers.
Bryan joined our firm in 1993 and has been a partner since 2001. He has tried a variety of cases and currently focuses his practice on litigation related to real estate professional liability, commercial trucking and transportation liability, complex construction defect claims, products liability, and general tort liability. In addition to representing clients in cases in all of the State and Federal civil courts in North Carolina, his practice includes representation of clients before the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.
Bryan is past co-chair of the Construction Law Committee of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.
