Mallory graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1995, joined our firm in September 1995, and became one of its partners in January 2003.

While in law school, Mallory was a member of the Student Trial Bar and the Moot Court Board, and participated on the Tulane Sports Law Invitational Team. Upon graduation, she was selected for membership in the Order of Barristers. Mallory's practice includes workers' compensation, bad faith issues, insurance coverage, products liability, and general insurance defense cases. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, the North Carolina State Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. Mallory is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of North Carolina and in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also a certified mediator.
