Daniel received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2008. He also received his undergraduate degree from UNC, having graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology, highest honors, highest distinction and Phi Beta Kappa.
While in law school, Daniel was a member of the Holderness Moot Court Program, serving on the Invitational Team. He won a Gressman-Pollit Award for excellence in oral advocacy. He also worked from 2006 - 2008 as a research assistant and tutor for the UNC Law Writing and Learning Resources Center and interned at the North Carolina Court of Appeals with the Hon. Linda M. McGee during the summer of 2006.
Daniel joined our firm in September 2008. Dan's practice areas include motor vehicle negligence, employment law, workers' compensation and trucking and commercial transportation. He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association and Wake County Bar Association.
