Bryan graduated from North Carolina State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Campbell University School of Law in 1993. While in law school, Bryan was a member of the John Marshall Moot Court Team and the ABA Moot Court Team. Upon graduation, he was selected for membership in the Order of Barristers.

Bryan joined our firm in 1993 and has been a partner since 2001. He has tried a variety of cases and currently focuses his practice on litigation related to real estate professional liability, commercial trucking and transportation liability, complex construction defect claims, products liability, and general tort liability. In addition to representing clients in cases in all of the State and Federal civil courts in North Carolina, his practice includes representation of clients before the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

In 2009, Bryan was selected for membership in The Council of Litigation Management. He was formerly co-chair of the Construction Law Committee of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and is also a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, and Wake County Bar Association. In 2008, Bryan was named one of the Top Lawyers in Trial/Litigation by Triangle Business Leader. He is admitted to practice in all of the courts of the State of North Carolina and is licensed to appear in all Federal District Courts in North Carolina.
